What makes a lock high security?
A high security lock has a more complex cylinder and a controlled key. Copies of that key go only to the people on the account. We install brands like Medeco and Mul-T-Lock, and we fit them to the door you already have whenever we can.
When do people call us for this?

Can you use the lock I already have?
Often, yes. Many mortise locks and deadbolts take a high security cylinder in place of the standard one, so the lock stays and the cylinder changes. If yours cannot, we tell you and quote a full replacement instead.

How does the visit go?
We come out with the parts your call and your photo point to. Before we touch anything, we show you what is worn or broken and what we plan to do. When the work is done, we test every lock and key with you before we leave.
